Message: The voters of Florida have sent an overwhelming message that they are ready for the tax relief changes that will increase buyer confidence and build strong support for the real eastate industryThese valuable tax benefits,combined with historically-low interest rates and an outstanding selection of homes,make this the best time to buy a Florida home.The key benefits include 1)property tax cuts for all homeowners,2) doubleing of the homestead exemption,3) portability of the Save Our Homes tax cap when buying another home, and 4) property tax cuts for businesses to keep our economy strong.
